Todd Moore, J.D.
Todd has provided wills, trusts and estate planning services for hundreds of clients since founding the firm on Main Street, Franklin, Tennessee in 2000. Since that time the Cool Springs and Williamson County area has experienced tremendous growth and Todd has represented businesses and municipalities on a wide range of issues, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts ranging in dollar value from a few thousand dollars to eight-figure deals. More importantly, he has advised long-term clients on LLC formation, day-to-day operational and risk management and other strategic decisions. He helps clients plan and navigate their major life changes and business challenges to minimize the risk of liability, including costly litigation.
Todd has a B.A. in History from Rhodes College and earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Prior to founding the Cool Springs Law Firm in 2000, he worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Knoxville and was responsible for the majority of city contracts. He also worked for the University of Tennessee Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS) as a legal consultant.
Todd is a native Tennessean and he and his wife, Christie, are the proud parents of Jim and Mollie. They live in Brentwood. Outside of work, Todd enjoys playing and watching almost all sports and exercising (preferably outside) whenever possible.
